Type: This was a purchase of an apartment complex that was not 85% occupied and so could not qualify for conventional financing. We got the deal done with a bridge loan source that closes quickly and helped this deal get closed. Once this proven operator gets occupancy up, this loan will be easy to move into a conventional loan.
