I was wondering how could or if you would be able to help a small time person like me. I have bad credit three boys and I run a home daycare which I have had for over six years. I’m looking to rent/lease with the option/buy a house in dekalb or cortland but I don’t have the $5000 to put down I can’t risk trying to get a loan because I’m working on cleaning my credit right now and I have no idea if a grant would be possible or if I could find one for this reason only. It will not only benefit my family but also my daycare family since 80% of the children I care for is state funded
