Speed Up Your Pipeline and Close More Loans!

Got a deal last week from Florida First Capital Finance Corporation, a large Florida CDC, that had been sitting at a large regional bank for half a year.  The buyers and sellers were getting anxious and the lender was just not coming through with a commitment.  We got the file and FFCFC’s Authorization and had conditional approval in 48 hours.  We just got our signed approval and check for the appraisal yesterday from the borrower and we are gearing to close it by September 10th, LESS THAN 30 DAYS!
