$1.5 million Purchase of a Daycare

Good borrowers were buying a daycare that was not being run very well.  Multiple banks had denied it because of cash flow.  But we put in the extra effort, helped with projections, and got an SBA 7A loan closed and funded.  The borrowers only put 10% down!  The daycare is on it’s way with excellent new owners.
