Type? This loan was tough for most people to get financed because it was in a town of less than 15,000 people.  Combined with the small loan size and the fact that the main end space of 27% was empty, it was tough for the borrower to get decent financing.  Local Banks would not even do it because the borrower was from New York.  But we had him put 30% down instead of 25% and got him closed with a rate in the 4’s on a 10 year loan!  Again, when most lenders say no, we say YES….don’t let a denial get you down…give us a call today at 866-355-1244!
